Target of the valve leaves QC
During the suction and discharge process, the valve leaves are subject to alternating stress due to repetitive high-speed impact between the cylinder body, and valve,valve plate or valve leavesboardplate and lift limiter, the fatigue lifetime mainly depends on the materials of the valve leaves, and whether the tumbling process can removes the stress and defect completely during processing. the punched valve leave has a sheared edge on one side and a torn edge on the other, at the sheared edge there is a shearing stress and at the torn edge there is a residual microcracks. Our company adopts digital display variable speed tumbler to strictly control 72h+8h tumbling, within the 72h tumbling the stress concentrators due to punching and blanking and microcracks at torn edge are removed completely so as to attain the goal of eliminating shearing stress and the possibility of the microcrack propagation . Meanwhile, the repetitive friction and impact between the valve leaves and abrasive and cylinder body increases compressive preload stress which favors of the valve leaves ,The main indication is that a radius bigger than R0.1 at the valve leave edge. Our company adopts 40×digital magnifying glass to measure the edge radius R. In addition , during the 72h tumbling, the rolling marks on the valve leaves surface can be eliminated sufficiently, so that the calculus which carbon deposit on rough valve leaves surface due to high temperature carbonization and adsorption of the refrigerant oil and the residual moisture within the system.After 72h tumbling,change the ceramics abrasive and carry out tumbling at a lower speed and for 8h more to clean the valve leaves to improve the precision of the valve leave surface .The above are the key process points. And QC target of our company.
